Frozen Banana Salad

This refreshing fruit dish combines mashed bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and orange juice into a sweet, icy treat. A quick homemade simple syrup binds the partially thawed fruits together before a short chill in the freezer creates a firm, spoonable texture. It works beautifully as a cooling summer side dish or a light dessert on a warm afternoon. The bright citrus and sweet berries offer a punchy flavor with a satisfyingly frosty finish.

  2. 2Gradually stir in the mashed bananas until the fruit mixture is thoroughly combined.

  5. 5Transfer the bowl to the freezer for about an hour until the mixture sets up firm but remains scoopable. Serve the salad right away.
