Main Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds mild pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms (soaked)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Brown sausages deeply in oil.
  2. Add red wine. Simmer until evaporated completely.
  3. Add porcini and filtered soak water.
  4. Simmer until liquid evaporates again.
  5. Serve.
