Ingredients

  • 6 kiwi fruits, peeled and each cut into 6 wedges
  • 2 cups vanilla-flavor Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups granola (without raisins)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1½ Tbsp. chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. 1Arrange two kiwi wedges at the base of six individual parfait glasses. Spoon about two and a half tablespoons of vanilla Greek yogurt over the fruit, followed by an equal amount of granola. Repeat this layering process one more time in each glass.
  2. 2Finish each glass with two additional kiwi wedges and pour a generous tablespoon of honey over the top. Scatter the fresh raspberries evenly among the parfaits and garnish with the chopped pistachios before serving.
