Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Brine: 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup white wine (or rice) vinegar, black pepper
  • Fill: 4-5 small pickling cucumbers thinly sliced
  • Aromatics: 1 tbsp chopped dill fronds 1/2 tsp dill seeds

  • Whisk

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Whisk brine ingredients until dissolved.
  2. Pack jars with cucumbers and dill.
  3. Pour brine over cucumbers.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
