2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup white wine (or rice) vinegar, black pepper
Fill: 4-5 small pickling cucumbers
thinly sliced
Aromatics: 1 tbsp chopped dill fronds
1/2 tsp dill seeds

Whisk brine ingredients until dissolved.
Pack jars with cucumbers and dill.
