Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Meat: 7oz spicy pork sausages skinned
  • Nuts: 1 lb chestnuts peeled/halved
  • Bread: 1 loaf day-old crusty bread torn
  • Liquid: 3 cups hot chicken stock
  • Flavor: 2 garlic cloves 3 shallots, 1 tbsp rosemary

  • Large bowl

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Fry crumbled sausage meat until cooked; remove. Fry shallots and garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, mix torn bread, cooked sausage, chestnuts, and vegetables.
  3. Pour hot chicken stock over the mixture to moisten the bread.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 35-40 mins until the top is crisp.
