- Trim broccoli, peel stalks, wash.
- Boil in salted water for ~5 mins until pierceable. Drain.
- Sauté garlic in oil until pale gold.
- Add broccoli, salt, parsley.
- Toss/sauté for 2 minutes.
- Serve.
