1 bunch fresh broccoli (1-1.5 lbs)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic chopped very fine
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt
Method
Instructions
Trim broccoli, peel stalks, wash.
Boil in salted water for ~5 mins until pierceable. Drain.
Sauté garlic in oil until pale gold.
Add broccoli, salt, parsley.
Toss/sauté for 2 minutes.
Serve.
