  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Snap ends, soak, and boil beans in salted water until firm-tender (6-12 mins).
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt butter in skillet.
  4. Add beans, coat well.
  5. Add cheese, toss thoroughly.
  6. Serve immediately.
