- Soak kidneys. Slice thin.
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
- Add parsley and kidneys. Stir-fry rapidly.
- Remove kidneys.
- Add wine/cornstarch mixture to pan. Thicken/scrape.
- Return kidneys to coat.
- Serve.
