Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups Swiss chard stalks (cut into 1.5 inch pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt & Black pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil stalks in salted water until tender (30 mins). Drain.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until light gold.
  3. Add stalks, parsley, salt, pepper.
  4. Sauté over medium-high heat for 5 mins.
  5. Serve.
