2 1/2 cups Swiss chard stalks (cut into 1.5 inch pieces)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt & Black pepper
Method
Instructions
Boil stalks in salted water until tender (30 mins). Drain.
Sauté garlic in olive oil until light gold.
Add stalks, parsley, salt, pepper.
Sauté over medium-high heat for 5 mins.
Serve.
