Smoked Salmon Pâté

Smoked Salmon Pâté

This creamy smoked salmon pâté is a rich and savory spread that comes together in minutes. Blending smoked salmon with mascarpone, fresh dill, and bright lemon juice creates a smooth, luxurious texture. It works beautifully as a refreshing topping for morning bagels or crisp toast. You can also spread it on thick sourdough and broil it until bubbly to serve alongside a hearty winter soup.
