Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 25ml (1fl oz) vodka, chilled
  • 150ml (1¼ pints) tomato juice, chilled
  • lemon juice to taste
  • celery salt to taste
  • 1 celery stick, with the leaves left on to serve

Instructions

  1. 1Combine the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, chilled vodka, and tomato juice in a tall glass. Stir well to ensure the spices distribute evenly through the tomato juice.
  2. 2Drop in a few ice cubes, then season with lemon juice and celery salt to your preference. Garnish with a leafy celery stick.

Notes

  • Swap: Substitute tequila for the vodka to make a Bloody Maria, or gin for a Red Snapper.
  • Tip: Roll a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it in celery salt or Tajin for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Make ahead: Mix the tomato juice, sauces, and spices in a pitcher up to a day in advance. Add the vodka and ice just before pouring.
