Cold, creamy, and bursting with fresh berry flavor, this simple smoothie is a fantastic morning refresher. You'll blend ripe strawberries with milk and strawberry yogurt to create a thick, naturally sweet drink without any extra sugar. It's a great way to use up summer produce, though grocery store berries work just fine year-round. Pour it into tall glasses and enjoy a bright, satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients
1 pint (2 cups) strawberries
1 cup milk
2 containers (6 oz each) strawberry yogurt (1 ⅓ cups)
Instructions
1Set aside four strawberries for garnishing. Remove the green hulls from the remaining berries.
2Add the hulled strawberries, milk, and strawberry yogurt to a blender.
3Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until completely smooth. Blending thoroughly ensures there aren't any hidden fruit chunks.
4Divide the smoothie evenly among four glasses and top each with a reserved strawberry.
Notes
Variation: For a peach smoothie, swap the fresh strawberries for frozen sliced peaches and use peach yogurt instead.
Variation: To make a strawberry-banana version, replace one cup of the strawberries with a medium banana cut into chunks.
Tip: If you prefer a thicker, colder drink, freeze your hulled strawberries for an hour before blending.
