300g spelt flakes
300g barley flakes
Instructions
1Combine the oatmeal, spelt flakes, and barley flakes in a large bowl or storage container. Stir well to distribute the grains evenly.
2To make a single serving, combine 50g of the porridge mixture in a saucepan with 300ml of milk or water.
