Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Ribs: 2.25 lb rack baby back ribs
  • Rub: 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp mustard powder, cumin, garlic salt
  • Sauce: 4 tbsp apple juice 3 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, hot sauce, spices

Equipment

  • Foil
  • Baking tray
  • Grill

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Apply dry rub to ribs. Wrap tightly in a foil packet and chill.
  2. Bake the sealed packet at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, simmer the sauce ingredients until thick.
  4. Unwrap the tender ribs and transfer to a hot grill.
  5. Grill for 10 mins, basting continuously with the sticky sauce to char.
