Twice-Cooked Baby Back Ribs

Twice-Cooked Baby Back Ribs

Ribs need time to get tender, but the grill adds flavor. This recipe solves that by baking them in foil first to steam the meat, then finishing with a high-heat grill sear and a sticky homemade apple-bourbon glaze.
