1 cup lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
½ cup sugar
4 kiwifruit, peeled, cut into fourths
1 tablespoon sugar
8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 cans (12 oz each) frozen lemonade concentrate
4 cups water

1Blend the peeled kiwifruit and one tablespoon of sugar until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for one to two hours until firm.
