- Scrub clams and mussels.
- Make sauce: Sauté onion, add garlic, parsley, wine, then tomatoes. Simmer 10 mins.
- Add squid. Cover and simmer 45 mins until tender.
- Add clams and mussels. Increase heat to high.
- When shells open, add shrimp and scallops. Cook until done.
- Serve with grilled bread.
