- Make cinnamon ice cream base, chill, and churn.
- Make pastry dough and chill for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough rounds. Place an apple on each, filling the core with butter and cinnamon.
- Wrap dough around the apple, seal, Brush with egg.
- Bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 45 mins. Serve hot with ice cream.
