Main Ingredients
  • Batter: 1 stick butter 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1.5 cups flour, 1 cup milk, 9oz blueberries
  • Topping: 4 tbsp melted butter 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup pecans, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs.
  2. Mix in flour and milk.
  3. Toss blueberries in flour and fold into batter. Spread in pan.
  4. Mix streusel ingredients and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 45-50 mins.
