- Trim artichokes, rub with lemon, cut into wedges.
- Sauté onion in oil. Add garlic.
- Add artichokes and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer 10 mins.
- Add peas, parsley, salt, pepper.
- Cover and cook until both are tender.
- Boil away excess water if needed.
