Main Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 pork loin chops
  • Flour
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Dredge chops in flour.
  2. Brown in butter/oil with sage.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper.
  4. Cover (ajar) and simmer 1 hour until tender.
  5. Serve.
