4 pork loin chops
Flour
6 fresh sage leaves
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Instructions
Dredge chops in flour.
Brown in butter/oil with sage.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Cover (ajar) and simmer 1 hour until tender.
