6 veal chops
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
4 garlic cloves, lightly mashed
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt
Method
Instructions
Dip chops in egg.
Sprinkle with rosemary BEFORE coating in crumbs.
Press into bread crumbs.
Fry garlic in butter/oil until brown, then remove.
Fry chops in the scented oil until golden.
Salt and serve.
