- Whisk the flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- In a separate jug, whisk the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk gently until just combined (lumps are fine).
- Heat a little butter in a skillet. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles appear and pop on the surface, then flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Serve stacked with butter, syrup, and berries.
