Main Ingredients
  • Base: 1 large onion chopped, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 cup light olive or vegetable oil
  • Sweet/Sour: 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp light brown sugar, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • Spice: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp smoked paprika (or ancho powder)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Blend onion, ketchup, sugars, vinegar, and spices.
  2. With the blender running, slowly pour in the oil to emulsify.
  3. Blend until fluffy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
