Dry: 2 cups flour
1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt
Wet: 1 stick
8 tbsp butter (cubed), 2 cups Cheddar cheese (cubed), 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Method
Instructions
Pulse flour and spices in a processor. Add butter and cheeses until a dough forms.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Roll out and cut into thin strips.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5-10 mins until crisp.
