  • Spice Mix: 1/2 cup light brown sugar large pinch of chili powder, 1 tbsp ground ginger

Instructions
  1. Whisk egg whites to soft peaks; add vanilla.
  2. Mix sugar and spices.
  3. Toss pecans in egg white, then dredge in spice mix.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 mins until crisp.
  5. Cool completely (they crisp as they cool).
