Main Ingredients
  • Cake: 1/2 cup cocoa 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate, 1 stick butter, 1 cup sugar, 3 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk
  • Ganache: 2.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • Garnish: Fresh raspberries

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Make cake base: heat cocoa, chocolate chips, and water in a pan. Whisk butter/sugar/eggs into it.
  2. Add dry ingredients and milk. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 17-20 mins.
  3. Make ganache: melt chocolate and cream. Cool to room temp.
  4. Whip the cooled ganache until fluffy.
  5. Frost cupcakes and top with a raspberry.
