Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

The easiest fudge recipe you'll ever find. No thermometers needed just melted chocolate and condensed milk poured over marshmallows for a rich, silky treat.

Ingredients
  

  • Base: 9oz bag mini marshmallows
  • Fudge: 3 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate 16oz can condensed milk, 1/4 cup whole milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • 9x9 inch pan
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line pan and scatter marshmallows.
  2. Melt chocolate and milks in a saucepan until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour hot fudge over marshmallows.
  5. Cool completely until firm, then cut into squares.
