- Fry onion and pancetta in a skillet until crisp. Add garlic.
- Add shredded greens and stock. Cover and simmer 5 mins to wilt.
- Uncover and cook on high until the liquid evaporates.
- Stir in balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
- Cook for 1 minute until the greens are coated in a glossy glaze.
