Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • Wet: 7 tbsp butter softened, 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 egg
  • Dry: 1/2 cup flour 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt
  • Mix-ins: 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Equipment

  • Baking sheets
  • Mixer
  • Bowl

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugars. Whisk in egg.
  2. Fold in dry ingredients, then the oats and cranberries.
  3. Drop heaped tablespoons onto baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 mins.
  5. Let cool on the sheet for 5 mins to firm up.
