  • Veg: 1 onion finely chopped, 3 garlic cloves

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crumble cornbread into a bowl with onion and garlic.
  2. Stir in clementine segments, cranberries, and diced butter.
  3. Pour in the stock and mix until fully moistened.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 35-40 mins until golden brown.
