Syrup: 1/2 cup sugar
1 vanilla pod (split/scraped), 1 sprig thyme, 2 tbsp water
Fruit: 5.5oz blackberries
3.5oz dark cherries (pitted/halved), 3.5oz blueberries

Instructions
Boil syrup ingredients.
Add blackberries and cherries; simmer 10 mins.
Add blueberries; simmer another 10 mins until thick.
Remove herbs and cool.
Serve warm or cold.
