1 head young cauliflower
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Vegetable oil
Method
Instructions
Boil cauliflower. Cool. Separate florets and cut in half lengthwise.
Make batter: Mix water and flour. Add Parmesan, salt, beaten egg.
Heat oil.
Dip florets in batter.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain, salt, and serve.
