Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Whisk the egg in one bowl. Mix flour, panko, and spices in another.
- Dip shrimp in egg, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
- Fry in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk all remoulade ingredients together. Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, shrimp, and plenty of sauce.
