- Cook onions in butter until soft/gold.
- Add sliced artichokes and water. Braise 15 mins.
- Toss in raw potato slices.
- Transfer to baking dish. Dot with butter.
- Bake 400°F for 15 mins.
- Stir. Bake 15 more mins.
- Top with Parmesan. Bake until crusty.
- Serve.
