- Shell and devein shrimp. Wash and dry well.
- Put shrimp in a bowl. Add enough of the oils (equal parts) and bread crumbs to coat evenly but lightly.
- Add garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Steep 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat broiler or grill.
- Skewer shrimp tightly, curling each so the skewer goes through three points (prevents slipping).
- Cook briefly close to heat, about 2 minutes per side, until a thin golden crust forms. Serve piping hot.
