Peppers: 14oz
400g jalapeños (finely chopped), 3.5oz (100g) green bell peppers (seeded/chopped)
Base: 2 tbsp pectin
1.5 cups white vinegar, 2 cups honey

Instructions
Puree peppers in a food processor.
Boil puree with pectin, vinegar, and honey.
Simmer 10 mins.
Pour into jars and seal.
Set 1 hour before serving.
