Italian Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 4 eggs (separated)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup strong espresso
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  2. Beat yolks with sugar. Add melted chocolate, espresso, rum.
  3. Whip cream, fold into yolk mixture.
  4. Whip egg whites stiff, fold gently into mixture.
  5. Spoon into cups. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
