1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 pounds lamb shoulder, cubed
2 garlic cloves
Rosemary & Sage
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 red bell pepper (peeled and stripped)
1/4 pound ham strips
Method
Instructions
Put oil, lamb, garlic, herbs in pan. Heat and brown (15 mins).
Add wine, evaporate briefly.
Cover and simmer 1.5 hours.
Add pepper strips and ham.
Cook 10-15 mins more until pepper is soft.
Serve.
