1 pound fresh green beans
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 pounds lamb shoulder, cubed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Salt & Black pepper
Method
Instructions
Snap beans, wash, set aside.
Brown lamb in oil. Remove.
Sauté onion until gold. Return lamb.
Add vinegar, simmer briskly.
Add green beans. Cover and simmer 1.5 hours.
Serve.
