1 pound braciole steaks (round), sliced vanishingly thin
4 slices fontina cheese
4 slices prosciutto or ham
1 egg
Whole nutmeg
Flour
Bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Method
Instructions
Pair beef slices. Sandwich cheese and ham between them.
Beat egg with salt and nutmeg.
Coat sandwiches in Flour -> Egg -> Bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
Drain and serve immediately.
