  • Meat: 4.5 lb piece of smoked ham
  • Glaze: 3 heaping tbsp pineapple jam 2 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Place ham in a pan with water, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 2 hours.
  2. Simmer glaze ingredients until thick.
  3. Remove ham skin, leaving the fat. Score the fat in a diamond pattern.
  4. Brush with glaze and increase oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  5. Bake uncovered for 30 mins, basting every 10 mins until golden and sticky.
