- Place ham in a pan with water, cover tightly with foil, and bake at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for 2 hours.
- Simmer glaze ingredients until thick.
- Remove ham skin, leaving the fat. Score the fat in a diamond pattern.
- Brush with glaze and increase oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Bake uncovered for 30 mins, basting every 10 mins until golden and sticky.
