Main Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
  • Lemon peel
  • 1/3 cup dry Marsala
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Beat eggs and sugar until foamy.
  2. Add lemon, salt, Marsala, milk, olive oil.
  3. Mix in baking powder and flour.
  4. Pour into oiled tube pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 50 mins.
  6. Cool 10 mins, then unmold.
