- Brown pork in butter/oil.
- Add 1 cup milk. Simmer uncovered 1 hour so it thickens.
- Add 1 cup milk. Cover and simmer 30 mins.
- Set lid ajar. Add remaining milk gradually.
- Cook until meat is tender and milk forms dark brown clusters.
- Remove fat. Deglaze pan with water.
- Serve pork with the curds/sauce.
