Mashed potatoes (from basic recipe)
1 egg yolk
1 cup very thin noodles (angel hair), crushed
1/3 cup flour
Vegetable oil
Method
Instructions
Mix egg yolk into mashed potatoes.
Combine crushed noodles and flour.
Shape potatoes into 1-inch balls.
Roll in noodle/flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil (1/4 inch deep) until brown-gold.
Serve hot.
