  • Mashed potatoes (from basic recipe)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup very thin noodles (angel hair), crushed
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • Vegetable oil

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Mix egg yolk into mashed potatoes.
  2. Combine crushed noodles and flour.
  3. Shape potatoes into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll in noodle/flour mixture.
  5. Fry in hot oil (1/4 inch deep) until brown-gold.
  6. Serve hot.
