  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp dark rum
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp strong espresso
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Process ricotta, sugar, rum, and espresso to a creamy consistency.
  2. Pour into dessert coupes.
  3. Refrigerate overnight (essential for setting).
  4. Garnish with fresh coffee beans before serving.
