A richer variation of sautéed broccoli, using butter and finishing with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli (boiled and drained)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil and drain broccoli.
  2. Melt butter in sauté pan.
  3. Add broccoli, salt. Toss to coat.
  4. Add Parmesan. Toss again.
  5. Serve immediately.
